Quirky family-run establishment, with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms, good shower and comfortable beds. WiFi and TV in the room, with plenty of power sockets. Convenient location for visiting nearby cities. Excellent service from the owner with a taxi and the retrieval of our passports.

Overall, place was great. Clean, comfortable and the family that runs the place is great, especially the son. He was a really nice guy! Highly recommend. Town of El Puerto de Santa Maria was great also.

The hotel staff (which are the owners) are very kind, helpfull, making the stay very pleasant. The hotel location is splendid, really close to El Puerto's best restaurants and with a lot of parking facilities in the surrounding area. The room is clean and somewhat spacious, with a simple decoration.
The only downside is that the room's sound isolation is far from great, which means that you can hear everything that's going on in the street down bellow, which, because of the central location, is a bit loud until late in the evening...

Mind-blowing family-run gem with super friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent Wi-Fi. Jaw-dropping location, close to everything, with amazing restaurants, bars, and historic sites within walking distance. The proprietor is absolutely fantastic, providing loads of helpful local tips. The hotel's close proximity to the train station and ferry port makes exploring the area a breeze. No need for a car. Superb value for money!

We recently stayed at Casa Del Regidor and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is a lovely small family-run establishment with loads of historic charm. It is located in the heart of the old town, making it very convenient to explore the restaurants, bars, and historic sights nearby. Our room was light, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff, especially Jorge, were warm and welcoming, providing us with helpful tourist tips and information. Highly recommend this well-priced hotel for its great value for money and friendly atmosphere.
Nothing negative to say. 😊

Loved the historical ambiance, especially the shared lounge where I could pretend to be a noble lady from the 17th century. Free WiFi was a bonus, so I could update my social media and show off my fancy accommodations.
Not a fan of the self parking, why bother when I could make the staff do it for me?
